Introduction
The Computer Center provides a service to all AAUJ students and
employees, through the system called MY PORTAL. This system
provides many tools to help the user view and edit academic and
administrative data and information, anytime and anywhere,
requiring a user name and password to enter the system.
Accreditation
The university administration accredited this system as a formal
and automated information service for university members. This
accreditation comes after a 6-month test period.
Completion
Until now, the system is not complete. The team continues to
work to add more tools, facilities and services that are needed
for the university and meeting needs, as and when they arise.
Help and Support
The Computer Center provides help and support through email,
telephone, help sheets and a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
page.
The Computer Center is responsible for solving problems that
arise from system programming errors not personal errors that
come from incorrect use of the system.
General Rules and Instructions
- To enter the system insert user name and password
- Learn, practice and read the instructions before using the
system
- To exit the system select Log off to keep your personal
information secure
Privacy and Security
All users have to retain their password, and it is recommended
that this is changed to provide increased security. The Computer
Center doesn\u2019t change passwords unless requested to by the user. |
